WORKSHOP OBJECTIVES

 

  • Learn the normal cardiac anatomy and physiology 

  • Learn the conduction system of the heart

  • Describe the components of ECG tracings and methods of calculations

  • Classify normal and abnormal heart rhythm

  • Identify abnormal waveforms, measure intervals and segments and evaluate other relevant waves

  • Identify and understand sinus rhythms, atrial related arrythmias, ventricular related arrhytmias, and Myocardial ischemia, injury and infarction
