How do I pay for my course?

We will send you an invoice with payment details. There are three ways to pay for your course:

 

  1. E-transfer to finance@opticaretc.com

  2. Pay online by card through your invoice.

  3. Give us a call: (431) 276-6784 to pay over the phone.

 

What is HSF?

Our BLS, ACLS, and PALS courses are run under the Heart & Stroke Foundation (HSF)! This is where you can access your pre-course assessments and certifications.

 

What is an HSF ID?

This is a six-digit number that correlates to your HSF account. We require this so we can register you to your BLS, ACLS, or PALS course. 

 

How do I make an HSF ID?

In order to receive your certification, you must have an HSF account. We can create one for you or you can create a profile here: https://cpr.heartandstroke.ca/s/login/SelfRegister?language=en_US&startURL=%2Fs%2F

 

How do I access my certification under Heart & Stroke?

 

  1. Log in to the HSF Training Portal.

  2. Click the ‘My Certifications’ tab.

  3. You can either download or view your certifications. 

 

How do I access my certifications under ENA (for TNCC and ENPC courses only)?

Log into enau.ena.org and click on the Transcripts icon on the left-hand side.  To print your CE Certificate, click on the Download button next to the course. To print your ENPC/TNCC Provider Card, first click on the Courses tab at the top of the page and then click on the Download button next to the Provider Course Post Exam. For TNCC 7th Edition or ENPC 4th Edition Provider Cards, please email your request to enau@ena.org

 

Do you offer virtual classes?

Yes! We offer CTAS, TNCC, and ENPC virtually. These courses are conducted via Zoom.

 

How do I reschedule my course?

How do I cancel my registration?

If you need to cancel your registration, please let us know as soon as possible. Any last minute cancellations will result in no refund and a loss of your spot. Kindly refer to our cancellation policy:  https://www.opticaretc.com/cancellation-policy
