Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds on participant slots are limited based on instructor-to-student ratios. Seats will be assigned to paid registrants in the order of registration fees and materials received.
 
 
Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds must be received in writing as noted below:

If you are unable to attend your scheduled course, please inform us five days before the course date. Any last-minute cancellations and/or cancellations after five days will result in no refund and a loss in your registration.

Any course cancellations are subject to a $51.00 admin and processing fee.

Our rescheduling fees are as follows: $15: BLS courses, $50: 1-Day courses, $100: 2-Day courses
*Any course rescheduled is not eligible for a full refund. 

No refunds are available for other purchased course materials, eBook • or textbooks.

 
OptiCare Training Centre Inc. reserves the right to cancel a class depending on weather, census, or unforeseen circumstance. In the event of a cancellation, we will offer full refunds or rescheduling to a future course.
