Willard is the founder and owner of OptiCare Training Centre Inc. With over 30 years of nursing experience, Willard's extensive knowledge has given him the opportunity to conduct several different courses since he started OptiCare in 2021. Willard's leadership skills, friendly, and welcoming personality has made him a well-known instructor and nurse. He established OptiCare Training Centre Inc. with a clear goal in mind: to provide the highest quality of education to healthcare providers and to make them feel confident and ready to use their skills in their respective fields.
